I would love to work with your company and getting selected for this job would be ideal for me.

I believe none of the achievement is ever enough. A person should always work to achieve much more in their life.

I don’t take it as criticism. Instead I’ll take it as negative appreciation. After all those who criticize you will appreciate you when you achieve your goal. And I will be calm over criticism. This will help me to analyze the criticism is true or not and if it is true, it will help me to correct my mistakes.

I work well under pressure because I don’t panic. I maintain self control and work efficiently as possible. Till now in all my experiences, I did well and I always enjoyed the experience.

I am interviewing at other technology focused companies like your company. I started job searching recently, so I am just beginner for the interviews, but that is the type of company I’m looking for finding a role with, and that’s why I applied to this position.

I don’t feel that there was an opportunity to grow in that role so I decided a change would best for my career.

Unfortunately, my skills weren’t a good match for my previous employer’s needs. When I was hired, they thought that they need someone with my skill set. Stress is very important to me. With stress, I could do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have correct balance between good and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and being productive.

If the people are contributing to my stress level, I will discuss options for better handling difficult situations with them.

Stress decreases our thinking capacity. A person can get plenty ideas to solve a problem when he is free from pressure. but the same person gets only lesser ideas under pressure.

From a personal perspective, I manage stress by doing regular exercise and meditation. It is a great stress reducer.

I react to situations accordingly, rather than staying in stress. That way, the situation is handled and it doesn’t become stressful.

I find that when I have pressure of a deadline, I do some of my most creative work.
